if you don't have problem, return it and look at one on the for sale forum for cheaper price

I don't think that Amazon is selling the W-5000 directly. You will be purchasing them from an associated seller (Z shop) and they may charge a restocking fee except for defective products and then you will get a replacement.

I also would not buy something from a smaller retailer and return it to get a better price elsewhere. I think most of these folks who are offering headphones at really great prices have to be operating with a thin profit margin.

Just my philosophy but remember Bob Dylan's admonition that "To live outside the law you must be honest."
