I bought my GR01s about a year ago, and love them. Unfortunately, the other night when I left work, one of the nozzles must have come unscrewed and fallen off somewhere between my desk and the bus stop. I've been searching, and as far as I can tell, there isn't any reasonable way to order a replacement. I'm assuming that the only possible way to get a replacement nozzle would be to contact VSonic directly, but I'm completely unable to find any English support anywhere. Do you kind folks have any leads on this problem? Somebody out there has to have run into this, right?

You might want to try emailing them with pictures of the part(s) you need. They might be able to help you out.
