Volume on Qobuz and UAPP

Dear all,
I am noticing that if I listen to music connecting my DACs (Chord Mojo or Meridian Explorer 2) directly to Qobuz or passing through USB Audio Player Pro the output volume is different.

Much higher in UAPP.

The setting of UAPP is on bit perfect.

I don't know if there is any other setting I need to change.


UAPP shouldn't change the output signal, just be a software able to mangae this kind of files.

Can someone tell me the reason?

Volume normalization (Replaygain) off in UAPP and on in the Qubuz app?

Usually the quieter path is the one being changed as digital doesn't do well with louder than max level.

so you advise me to you the one with the higher volume level because it's the not changed one, right?
