I  am looking for a pair of headphones that will offer good bass response and is under $200 (m100 are not). I am an average listener, the main reasons I am leaning towards the lp2 is because it offers more bass (from what ive heard) and has a more comfortable over ear design. Thanks and choose.

I had the Crossfade LP and I  wasn't impressed. I know you are looking at the LP2 but I have no experience with the LP2.

I have the M-80 and I am very happy with them. Placement on the ear can be tricky, but once you get it, these are pretty sweet. Plenty of bass, forward mids, good highs. Puts me right 'there."

Build quality is solid but, as for fitting, they might be an issue if you have a large head.

Ok how do these compare with the ue6000.
Thanks I think I will get the m80s.

Sound wise they should be similar, but the construction of the UE6000/9000 sucks.  So yeah, get the the M-80/V-80 instead.
