I bought a Vivid Technologies V1 portable amp, and although I love the sound, the left channel cuts out on me sporadically. I usually use percussive maintenance to fix it (I know, not a reliable method over the long haul).
 
Has anyone else had this issue with this amp? Also I tried emailing the company a few times but they never responded. Any input would be appreciated.
