just recieved some visangs in the mail from hong kong today, plugged them in and im only getting sound from the right side! is there any way i can attempt to fix this? or do i just have to attempt to send it back to whomever i got it from off ebay? i really dont feel like waiting another couple weeks to hear this, man im so frustrated right now. other than not working im actually digging the build quality on these....

emailed them, theyve replied but honestly i cant tell what their saying to me. hopefull this works out...

Recently returned a pair of R02's with a similar issue. I was experiencing uneven output through them - right side noticably more than the left. Also purchased through Ebay, but contact about the problem with this particular seller was not a problem. Hope you get sorted - From what I did hear I would think the Visang's are pretty damn good when working properly.
