Violectric V222 and V202

Frankly, as [very] much as I enjoy the V222, I actually prefer the more neutral balance of the Lake People RS-08. [Although, the V222 IMHO can be somewhat "neutralized" with effective cabling choices.]

From what I understand, the further up the "V-line" you go, the more neutral the balance. Maybe the V550 would be my final destination(?).

@Alfredo3001 What say you? You've had the V550--yes? . . .

Yes! The v550 would provide more treble. I'm currently using the v281LE, and I found that I preferred that one as well over the v222. But, all in all, the v222 triumphs in the price department...

I keep my Violectric V200 jealously well preserved. The Violectric V200 is characterized by a neutral/warm tone. The stage is perfectly wide and deep. Now I have received the Lehmann Linear, this sounds slightly more neutral than the V200, but still with a great soundstage, similar to the Violectric. This Lehmann amplifier sounds divine.:wink:

Yup! Just also spotted these on IG. The most intruiging to me being the pre-gain knob of the front of the 322/324!
