I'm pondering one purchasing on of these two options........
Stax SR-Lambda Professional Electrostatic Headphones + STAX SRM-X Pro Energiser.
Stax SR-X Mark 3 Headphones + Stax SRM-1/MK2 Energiser.
Is there much difference between them? what would be a reasonable price to pay (in UK pounds)?
How do they compare to the likes of Sennheiser HD 650, HD 800, Beyerdynamic T1, Hifiman HE-500's, Audeze LCD-2?
Should I try and bag a pair if the price is right, or should I forget it and stick with a more modern planar or dynamic headphone?
