Hi All - I'm looking for a pair of these vintage headphones for a friend of mine. He wants the early version (with white cap).

Does anyone have any idea where they could be found? I am also placing a WTB ad here too.

Those are 414SL, quite different with original 414 in general, much less with early 414.

Original 414's headband looks like that of hd25sp's. Here's a padless version:

Anyway, original 414 can be found every now and then on ebay Germany.

Thanks everyone.... they phones are not for me but for a famous phono cartridge manufacterer in Japan. I checked out the eBay listing and will send it along to see if it's the right model. Apparently there were two models with different diaphrams... he wanted to early ones.
