Hi, I spotted this review of the Aopen HP-590 headphones and was wondering what you all thought of this new gimmick. Smash or trash?

Ask DarkWolf... he seemed to enjoy his vibrating Radio Shack phones, even against HD 600's.

Going with a good, accurate pair of headphones is actually enough to get a really nice vibration sensation from the earcups. I've experienced it with both, the HD-590 when I auditioned them and the DT 250/250, where the pressure seems to get so high inside the earcups, that the air seems to pass out from below the pleather pads, really pressing the earcups away from the head.
