So I've had my phone for about 9 months. Now (due to my not taking care of it and dropping it multiple times) when I'm in a call i can hear people but they cant hear me. Plus the phone sometimes goes crazy and acts like a tv with the fuzzy screen thing and I absolutely need to upgrade. The problem is im not eligible yet so i was wondering if i can pay some type of fee to early upgrade. its not that i dislike my phone its that its basically become nearly unusable and i want to upgrade from basic to smartphone now. i was researching something about an early upgrade if you signed before jan 16 2011. my family has had verizon for a looong time (somewhere around 7 years) so could I upgrade? I know i should just call verizon but i cant cause they wont hear me lol and i would like any help
