it's almost 4am where i am and i'm making truffles for the fiancee!

They would have been done a lot earlier, but i had a fire call and the first batch got ruined b/c of it

In case anyone is curious here is the recipe i used
Alton Brown - Truffles

Also, gonna pick up brownies from Baked in Brooklyn tomorrow (pre-ordered)

AND gonna get a slice of chocolate cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory tomorrow.

So it's going to be a "Death by Chocolate" valentines day!

What's everyone else doing?

still working out the details... have dinner res at a place with a waterfront park across the street.

Cooking is a great idea. Bonus points if you can actually pull it off with professionalism.

Anything beach side/water side is romantic. Do that with arms around her, starring out into the open equals perfect! Any mystery really gets em going

I gave my wife some gift cards to her favorite stores along with a hand made card and a nice poem.

I bought me wife her Fav chocolate's, brought home some pork-loin biscuits for breakfast, AND bought some foot message cream. I hates me some feet so this is a huge one, I have not touched her feet (despite her, how do say? nagging) in several years.

In my wife's defense she has perfectly fine feet so far as someone who hates them can tell.
