Im looking to get some cheap phones for using on the puter.

Im thinking of either hp 890/910 or v6s

Does ne1 know where I could get a pair of v6s in Oz?

Anything that has deep tight bass

Sony Australia pretty much deny the existance of the V6 and the 7506

I've seen the 7506 for sale new at $220AU, and after hearing them I would never recommend them.
Philips HP890 sound much better IMHO, but if you're prepared to pay a little more the Beyer DT250-80 or 770pro are even better choices

Kewl, yeah Ive seen the 7506s on sale at the sony store at chatswood, but Its abit too expensive

Too bad the koss phones arent on sale here in Oz...the good ones anyway.

I dont want to plug my 580/590 into my puter

Ive head my friends v250s which he thinks are better than the 888s. I thought they were pretty bad.

Nothing really good around the 100-200 dollar mark

if you can, get the Sennheiser HD280 PRO they have even deeper bass then the V6. or get the Beyer 250-80 or 770 pro.. phillips i have heard wont have that deep of bass.

As an owner of the V6 i can say without reservation that your Australian Dollar is better spent elsewhwere.

Cheap phones for the puter sounds like 890s to me...

why dont you cll your local harvery norman store. The headphones look very high quality.
