Greetings Forum Members.  I just wanted to share my repair experience in case it might be helpful to others, as it seems the problem is not unusual.  Sound became intermittent in right ear of my VSonic GR07 Bass edition.  I purchased them from ebay.com//bigbargainonline. ( Reached through www.penonaudio.com. ) I sent them to the Hong Kong address and they were repaired at no charge.  I got a very courteous response within 24 hours to every email I sent them.  Also doing business as Penon Audio World http//www.penonaudio.com.

Not surprised. A lot of people have remarked on receiving excellent service from Penon Audio. A bunch of us who bought from them even got hand written Xmas cards from them this year

You should add "Penon Audio" to your post title. I bet a lot of people would join in saying similar good things.
