V Moda Vibes vs. Etymotic ER6i

Hi,
How does the sound isolation compare between the ER6i, v-moda vibe and bose in-ear models?

I have tried a few other sets of canalphones and so far the best for isolation are the etys. But I have just had a 2nd pair die so am wondering what to replace them with.

My main concern is getting maximum of isolation- I catch a noisy train to work and don't want to send myself deaf by cranking my music to drown it out. build quality is also a priority after my experience with the etys! Audio quality is also a factor, but my (rockbox) player has an eq so "too much bass / not enough bass /etc" can easily be fixed.

Also, do the bose or v-mode have replaceable filters like the etys?

Thanks heaps.

they are not any better, the bose doesnt have any noise isolation like the vibes so the bass will be lower, i dont recommend them. ive wasted money and i never use them plus they fails twice and i had to replace them. same as the vibes.
if you can spend an extra $50 the Monster turbines are not bad at all. you have so many other good choices for that price on amazon.
