I am guy and I don't mind if I buy white m-100s but the thing is I'm confused between which color to choose :

Shadow or White

I want my headphones to look cool with shields I'm gonna buy. The shields I'm going to get are red croc skin, gold with engraved logo, glossy black with logo and red with logo.

One more question guys. If I get Shadow m-100s than would I get the shadow black shields free with the other shields I'm gonna buy? Would I be able to change the V shaped plates as in the case LPs?

The M-100s can't swap out v-shaped plates.
