I received my brand new V-Moda M-100's today, April 27, 2013.  I ordered them on April 19, 2013.  However, I did not receive my extra custom laser engraved shields.  I was under the impression that the laser engraved extra shields came with the package.  Every youtube video relating to the issue says the extra laser engraved shields come with the package.  My invoice says they were included with the package.  The V-Moda website states they come with the package.  I ordered them straight from the V-Moda factory, as apposed to a third party.  Considering these M-100's are expensive, I would like to collect all that I have paid for.  Can anyone please advise me on this issue?

Contact them about it. You did specify what engraving you wanted right? It doesn't come with a random laser engraving unless you ask for the premade ones
