Hey guys, I'm somewhat new to head fi i'm always looking on here for good headphones, I have got these V-moda crossfade lp2 from ebay but they were sealed when i got them and weren't opened at all. I love them to bits the sound quality is amazing and there was only one problem when I got them.
The adjuster on the left side was broken, it just falls down and the the adjuster sticks out and gets uncomfortable after an hour or so.
I've benn told to contact V-moda and they send a copy paste reply.
How do I actually get incontact with v-moda and get it fixed? A direct link to contact v-moda, I don't care if I pay for shipping I just love these headphones they're the best I've ever had and they're just amazing.
