Hi all

Do you find the screen goes blank when you use the interconnect?

I have a Qables interconnect that slots into the base of the Zen then plugs into the headphone amp. When I link it up, I am told the Zen is switching to A/V mode then it blanks. That means I can't see what I am playing! I suppose it means setting the album/tracks before you start listening but it's a bit odd. And does that mean I can't watch video at all?

Hi Morgan

In the settings on your ZVM, set the video output to 'off'. Your screen will now stay on when you have either a 3 way or 4 way 3.5mm jack plugged into the port on the dongle.
