Excuse the dirty title haha.
 
I just bought a case that I really like for my iphone 5. Unfortunately, the case prevents me from fully plugging in my Westone's. 
 
My question is, what are my options? If i buy one of those little adapters/extension cables, would I experience any sound degradation because Im not plugging my IEM's directly into the phone, and instead running it through another "line"?

You will hardly get any degradation if you use a cable with a really short length. The shorter it is, the lower the resistance is in series with the rest of the cable of your IEM.
