I'm still new to the headphone/amp world.
I apologize if my question is dumb. I've tried to do some searching online but, couldn't find anything concrete.
I currently use a Galaxy S3 with the Poweramp application. Very excellent app that brings out the true sound of the player.
I picked up an Fiio e6 amp a little while ago and I've been pairing them together.
I currently use the EQ settings on my Poweramp app and I also use the EQ2 setting (the blue light) and it sounds amazing. But at times, some songs can become muddy when these 2 EQ's are combined.
Should I be turning off the Poweramp EQ when using the Fiio EQ? Are 2 EQ settings (poweramp and Fiio) counter-productive?
Thanks in advance. Once again, apologies if this is a dumb question.
