sorry for the (surely) noob question:

Using external DAC/Amp, headphones should sound the same regardless of handy, so if I use an iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy S8 with the Oppo HA-2SE?

Yes, you should be hearing only the sound from the Oppo, the source will make no difference.

The S8 doesn't recognize the Oppo - maybe: It sounds according to me right, just I cannot see "audio source"; just the battery is charged.

Is that normal?! This is my first android phone.

I think some people have had trouble with the Samsung, but I don't have one, so others will need to answer. Maybe try a search for Samsung S8 in the search.
