I'd like to use my Android-based MP3 player (Sony NWZ-886) as a source to play through my home stereo AVR (Onkyo SR-705).
Any recommendations on a robust, reasonably priced and easy setup? The choices out there are pretty overwhelming, BT, NFC, DLNA, etc. I've been reading this article for recommendations, and the aptX-capable boxes with optical outs, like this one from Advance Acoustics seem to fit the bill?
edit: doesn't look like NWZ-886 has aptX, but my phone (Sony Z Ultra) does, so that would be another option. But I'd prefer to use my MP3 player for that purpose, instead of listening to my music interspersed with notifications from my phone through my stereo.
