anyone have any experience or know much about the freely available usb mp3 players on ebay (search for "mp3 512" or "mp3 1gb") that come from china. Considering getting one of these as it works out almost half the price of the creative one I could get here.
A guy at work has one and it seems pretty good, the radio seemed to be quite good, its quoted as 6mb transfer speed and is usb 2, you can even change the colour of the screen on it. Battery is AAA and lasts about 10 hours according to the ads so not as good as a muvo but other than that it has the same features at half the price. Power output seems to be quoted at only 5ma but it sounded pretty loud on only half volume.
Just wondering whether theres problems with them i.e. memory failing quickly, problems with playback etc
