Is the microphone input designed for electret microphones like the Panasonic WM61A? I think it needs a bit more than the normal +5V from a PC soundcard to perform well.

sorry, plz mute the mic when listening music , otherwise it will install some hiss. and D5 is for people who care feature but not audiophile quality sound .

will you guys have a DAC of more into the audiophile category but at a close price range?
E10 will be a good option to you. but if you need a $20+ USB DAC, unless it is made by plastic case and without headphone amp.
