Not sure that that is in the right place but here it goes.:
Can you use the DAC / Headphone amp as a pre amp to the monitors to control volume?
I have been running a Promedia 2.1 system and wanted to step up. I had thought about getting an older NAD / Rotel preamp but if I could get back some desk space that's always good.
