So I just picked up an Oppo HA2 from the classifieds and I am extremely excited to try it out. While I assumed that audio over USB should be pretty painless it seems that is not the case.
The Pixel XL comes with a USB C interface and I picked up this OTG cable to use the HA2 with. Will this work ?
Also there are dedicated Music Player apps like USB Audio Player Pro which seem to exist to alleviate the issues while playing audio over USB. I have also heard that Spotify has issues with audio over USB and generally upsamples and skips audio.
So, now, I am thoroughly confused with all this info. Though I can wait for the HA2 to arrive and try it out I would want to better prepared. If you have any experiences with the above issues on android, would love if you can chime in and help me out please ?
