Hi, so I just purchased a new audio interface - Novation NIO 2/4

Problem is when I plug in my USB keyboard and USB mouse and the interface at the same time, they just won't work together. I can get two of them to work, but one will always give error code 10 ("unable to boot device")

My mouse is Logitech G3 and keyboard Keytronics Ergoforce.

So how the hell do I get them to work together? I've already tried to: reinstall mouse drivers, reinstall audio interface drivers and upgrading my mobo chipset drivers. None of this has worked so far.

Desktop or laptop? Asking depending on how you got things setup. I know I've resolve similar issues with usb by adding a usb pci card and then plugging one thing into that and the others to the motherboard's usb ports.

Hi, thanks for the answer.

The mobo (Asus P5G41M, it's a desktop) has 6 usb outs, i've tried switching between them with no success.

Probably will try with a PS2 keyboard later on, but It'd be nice to get my usb keyboard to work..

Maybe there´s an IRQ conflict, so, I would try to change "Plug´n´play" settings in bios: from "OS" to "Bios", or vice-versa.
(Do it on your own...)
