In the manual it says theres a control panel accessed by:

Enter the control panel via the button in your applicationÕs
ASIO settings

What does that mean?

It depends on the application you are using.

Usually, When you set a audio applicaiton to use ASIO drivers there will be a button to open the control panel for the ASIO drivers.
You can find setting such as buffer length etc..
