I'm looking for an adapter to allow a micro USB to plug into a USB-B port. I have searched all over and come up empty. Anyone?

Micro to USB A cables are dime a dozen. This adapter may fit your need.

I've never seen a micro usb female cable. Do you need a micro usb (male) to USB-B (male) cable?

I have a USB-A to USB micro cable. USB-A plugs into my laptop. USB micro plugs into an external DAC/amp. I am considering the Woo WA8, which as a USB-B input (not micro). I'm looking for an adapter that lets me plug the USB micro end of my cable in to the USB-B (not micro) input of the WA8.

Hi, the Woo WA8 looks like an awesome dac/amp! If buying new, it comes with a USB cable, most likely usb-a to usb-b. If buying used with no cable included, better to buy a new usb-a to usb-b which are readily available. I recently purchased a nice cable from Monoprice for $10.
