USB 3.0 and DACs?

I hope USB 3.0 implements intels hybrid optical interface so usb cables will transmit data through optical cables,

That's not a part of USB 3.0, and I think the 'standard' for that is still in the works.  That and USBAudio 2.0.

well macOS now supports hirez audio over USB2 natively, it will still be a while before the USB3 standard is fully adopted for data let alone audio, dont let it stop you buying anything, buy something with i2s or BNC input and just use external devices like the HiFace to convert, they will be the type of things to be first on the market in audio using usb3 I would think
