Just a quick question. The drop ends tomorrow and I have the money for them. They're $150 USD, but I'm Canadian so they'd end up being $213 after shipping. I should also mention that I live in a shared basement right now with a roommate (I'm a third year uni student), but I'd mostly be using them in my room. I also don't have an amp right now, but I just ordered an audioquest Dragonfly. My headphone "collection" is of the HD 558s that i got 4+ years ago at around 250 (from my first job), Focal Spirit Classics that I bought last year (which I LOVE), and Beyerdynamic Byron BTs for when I'm on the go.

My gut is telling me to grab them just in case (since they're apparently the same as the HD 600s which are over $400 CDN easily), but I just wanted to double check here. I appreciate any input.

I own the HD558 and the HD58X, the HD58X are easily worth the $213 price.
The HD58X are based (my two cents) on the HD660S (both are 150-Ohm drivers), not the 300-Ohm HD600/HD650.
