My MSI B150m seem to have it's own dedicated chip, the signal for the headphones is pretty quiet...i don't get much hissing at all, I am using it with my PA2V2 Amp.

Would I benifit much going with a seperate USB AMP/DAC?

What I have no can already go plenty loud, this PA2V2 is no slouch.

But I am wondering if going to a magni/modi - topping a30/d30 wouldn't much difference for me.

Here's a picture of what my mobo has -

Actually..I can get WAY more clear/volume with my onboard/pa2v2...massive difference compared to just onboard.
