hi head fi comunity!! i'm an italian guy so please i have to say in the begininning that i don't know english very well so be patience if i make some mistakes.
 
Anyway i have a question for you.
i already have a sennheiser hd 598 and the Magni and Modi stack. Do you think is the upgrade to HD600 worth it?? I like the sound from my 598 but i think it's a bit metallic and i'm searching for a bit more bass. I'm not a bass-head but i want the sound to be a little bit warmer if this is the correct word.
I listen to all kind of music. The most of my music are MP3 320 kbps, and some flac (16/44100 and some 24/96000)
I found that maybe another option is the dt880 600ohm but i'm more oriented for the senn.

HD600 sounds exactly like what you are looking for.  I found them to be a nice upgrade from the HD598.

Yea teh DT 880 might be... more "metallic" to your ears
 
I think the HD 600 is going to be the right move :3

I did the same move: HD598 -> HD600 and then HD650...
I just loved more the HD650, but HD600 was more correct and less muffling sound.

Everything I hear is the Sennheiser HD600 are good music headphones, so I'm guessing they are worth it.

Yea, if you want a warmer sound than the HD 600 is the logical upgrade :3

I went 558-650 as my upgrade path for the Senns and am quite happy. I think 598-600 makes just as much sense, so enjoy
