I've had the fiio setup for about 3 years and I've been using them with the HD650s. I'm looking for something that will increase the soundstage on the 650s and will pair well with the t90s, which I hope to get sometime in the future. 
 
I've got a budget from $400 - 600. I listen to pretty much everything except heavy metal.
 
I'm really not sure if I should get a new dac or amp. I'd appreciate any recommendations.

I agree. The Audio-GD NFB-11 and NFB-15 are hard to beat.
