Hi Guys

I have been happy with my Pio DAP but miss having Spotify or Pandora available. I love the dual sd slots, dual outputs, line out setting, etc.

Looking for recommendations that would sound equal or better and have access to all the missing apps. Here are the specs to my pio:

Hi, I also had the Pioneer XDP 30. It is a very good and compact DAP. I purchased a used Sony Nw-zx507 at eBay for a very good price. The 507 has only one MircoSD slot, but for my purpose this is sufficient. Currently I use the 507 mainly for streaming (Amazon Music HD) which works quite well. But I have also approx 450 gb of local music on it. For me the 507 - even with EU volume limitation, which is no longer an issue with latest firmware - is the perfect DAP. And Android gives me the opportunity to use other music apps to, which is very helpful sometimes...

for me, the Sony Nw-zx507 has the more superior built and sound quality... I really liked the Pio and as a Sony guy this little DAP really surprised me. But the 507 is still one or two notches higher in everything...

ah... it depends... I got a nearly mint used 507 (not at all any signs of use) for 235 Euros... Thats 35 Euros more as I spent for the Pio XDP 30 two years ago... and this was even a special offer (recommended price was approx. 300 to 350 Euro in Germany). You need some patience...

But for me the ZX507 is really worth it...

I got a FiiO M6 and it's not in the same league as the Pioneer. lower output, less clarity. Thinking of trying the Shanling M3X?

The Pioneer has Deezer, so if you're not a diehard Spotify fan, you're set with your current DAP. (I have two of them )

Well, I'm a big Tidal fan now but the wifi sucks so bad on my unit

All Pioneer's or all DAP's? wifi was great on the FiiO M6 that I had but the sound was flat and dull
