So I recently lost my pair of Shure SE115, so I might as wel get something better this time. Now my friend works a futureshop, and he gets discount, so my choices are limited to what they carry.

I am thinking about Monster Turbine or Sennheiser CX400, are they better than SE115? Though, I probably can't get the CX400, as theya re sold out almost everywhere =/

Thanks!

The cx 400/400 will not be an upgrade from the shure se115 no way!
And I thought senn's were overpriced in the USA!
I don't see much other than the turbines that might top the se115 in your price range at futureshop, did not see any denons on the site.

out of the choices you listed, the turbines would kill the cx300/400. I'd stay away from Denon myself, especially if you're looking for something similar (but better) than the Shure sig on the 115's. Whereas Shure's treble falls off a cliff after a certain point, the denon 751's treble was piercing & painful for me personally. Turbine seems to be the logical upgrade.

I'm not sure if it's available, but the Klipsch S4 would be a good upgrade as well (and would probably be cheaper than the 115's).
