Hi to all,

For my first IEM I bought the Linsoul 7HZ Timeless, not so bad ok, but they are lack of bass in my opinion, for the musci that I love: Heavy Metal (Epic, Speed, Funky, Thrash....).
I have also the Bose SoundSport, and for the sound I like, in my opinion, they are better for metal then the Linsoul 7HZ Timeless.

Then I'm sarcing for IEM that sound like the SoundSport (better but with a similar timbre).

In some review my curiostiy drop on IEM like:
ThieAudio Monarch MkII (I know there are the MK III I don't know if thery are better to justify the money)
Moondrop Variations

Have you other suggestion?
As you have read I'm searchng for a IEM with fast but present Bass and subbass but with mid and higt in presence (I don't want a IEM for Rap/HipHop :=)).

THANKS

p.s. For my Hi-Fi my Headphone are the ZMF AEOLUS, believe me no other hedphone are better for Metal

Before spending money, go to the Autoeq site and load the profile for them into a music player. It makes them really fun and you might not want to upgrade. I've had both versions of them and they really need equalizing to get the best sound.

OK On my Andorid I have intall the EQ App call Wavelet. It have integrated the last EQ form Autoeq site. I have try the 7HZ Timeless but it still flat in bass for my pleasure of listening. But thanks to the good EQ parameter of the App Wavbelet I have done some U eq:
In the 9 Freq eq from 62 Hz to 16K I use this number:
+4/+0.4/-1.0/-1.0/-1.5/-1.0/-1.0/+0.4/+4
And this is near what I want to ear. But In my opinion, maybe there are other Headphone that sound in this way naturaly, maybe :)

I do this graph maybe help:

I don't share your taste for heavy metal, though do like some artists that have been influenced by same and do reproduce the same or similar sounds. I do need and love tight bass sounds in a broad range of genre. And while I don't use charts, only my well trained ears, I do suggest you try the Fiio FH3s which may surprise and please you as well. I've though I didn't need them a few times, but they keep surprising me and I'm working on not denying the regularity of the wows I'm experiencing.
