Hi all,

Looking to upgrade my kit (Total Bithead and SR60s).

I like the Grados but for work I would like a bit more sound isolation. Definitely will be using a headphone amp.

I listen mostly to rock with some classical on occasion.

Budget is $400 max.

Hi,
If you need a bit more isolation you could take a look at something like the Denon d2000. They are closed, and would probably be quite a good upgrade from the grados. I don't have these, it's just from what I've read.
How big is your budget?

Why don't you consider the Beyerdynamic DT990 or DT880pro?
The former has more sound isolation.
Tha't my experience comparing to SR225.
especially with a headphone amp.
