I had a pair of ER6i's that served me very well, and I would definitely buy them again. Before I make the purchase, is there any other IEM that is comparable in terms of isolation and compactness? One of the reasons I loved the ER6i was its extremely low profile in my ear

Do you want them to sound the same?  More bass?  Price?
 
As far as compact, I had the m11+ (lots off bass), and they were very compact.  I heard the q jays were very very compact (bass light according to some reviews).
