The new 280's I've got from Sennheiser service appear to have an updated
headband. Clamping pressure seems considerably lower than the old pair. It's
almost on par with the 555s now.
Did anyone else experience this? Maybe they have a special stock of relaxed
headbands for phatheads
Also, the pleather feels a bit more 'plasticky', but that may be just because it's new, and not yet soiled
