This is the board I use single sided toner transfer, I'll find the circuit its made up of bits from other circuits and I sort of made it up doing the layout
this lay out works well, others I tried had stability problems, I use Pcbartist (its free) if you want the layout in that form so you can make one, PM me its not a problem
 
The hardest part is the headpiece they are expensive so I practiced on some really crap eBay stethoscopes to avoid damaging a good liteman or similar

Just a quick update
 
The young lady has now qualified and passed all her exams
 
Stethy survived the journey and is still in everyday use
 
I have to go the the graduation ceremony in December
