For when my set of UM3X's are out for repair etc. Isolation and comfort is key as well as neutrality. Must be well rounded and should sound similar to the UM3Xs (bass, frequency range etc.) all for $130.

Yes. As much as I'd like a second pair of UM3X's, I cannot come up with the money right now. Oh forgot to add this: little to no microphonics (preferably with a braided cable).

See: MEElectronics A151 and CC51.  I have never heard the UM3X but I can only infer which ones have similar sound sigs.

Not exactly the same or similar signature fwir, but the GR07s should fit the bill if you could stretch it a little and wait for them to become available. I recommend these because they excel at their purpose of being stage monitors at a budget price. They're neutral, isolate well and comfortable to boot.
