I'm having good results with azlas Sedna soft short in Medium Small and Small tried a lot of tips and settled in these for now

Either Comply foam (good transmission of bone conduction) or the yellow spinfits.

Tanchjim wide bore medium white. Very soft and I can achieve deeper insertion without loosing a seal.
