I was going to get the 530ee because they are very efficient but I don't like this talk about their hiss problem.
The Westone UM3x are even more efficient/have great isolation and are a great fit.
I will try to describe the sound I like, take Pink Floyds DSOM on quality vinyl/great turntable/stylus/speakers vs CD.
On the Vinyl I will hear a lot of stuff that I don't hear on CD plus everything I hear is clear/separate and you can separate the bass sound from the treble /vocals/ etc.The bass is warm no thump/thump/ on vinyl.
Explaining the sound I prefer is not easy to do.
If I understand the reviews on the UM3x than I feel the Um3x are closer to my sound than the 530ee.
In the end I will be using the Itouch 64g with all my music been on CD I will record at a high bit rate for the best sound.
Opinions on the 64 G and Westone UM 3x . Has anyone used this combo?
What is your opinion about my choice of UM3x been closer to my sound?
I hope you understand what I'm trying to put fourth here.
Look forward to your feedback
