I have to wear glasses all the time now due to irritation of my eyelids from contacts. However, its impossible for me to use my HFI-780s with glasses because after only a few minutes they get really painful. Is there anything I can do to ease up the pressure on the sides of my head? I was thinking about changing the ear pads but I'm not sure if even that will help.

You can try gently stretching over time them around a stack of books.
