Should we have a section about de-bloating Android by removing unwanted apps?

I used Android developer options with the app ADB AppControl to remove Sony's Mora (jp.co.labelgate.moratouch) and LauncherBookmarks (com.sony.walkman.launcherbookmarks) from my ZX707, both of which are of no use to me. Nice tool.

There is a dedicated thread on debloating but yes I think adb appcontrol is a very nice app to simplify the debloating process.

For those facing screen bleeding issues on their Walkman like this:

I would recommend for you to try installing this app to calibrate your display:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.santodev.screendisplaycalibration&hl=en_SG

If your screen bleeding issue is very serious, consider running this calibration step repeatedly(5 to 10times or even more, no need to restart device between runs). It may resolve the screen bleed issue completely. If it still does not resolve the screen bleed then you might have to send your unit for screen replacement.

Hi, I just stumbled across this excellent thread; thanks to the contributors! :)
I don't know if I'm missing anything, but I can't see an actual link to the PDF?

Also, I actually have the original WM1Z (with Walkman One), not the Android version.

I'm not an especially techie person (at least not in this area) and I've never had a clue how to create and save custom EQ settings.
Nor what all of the DSP settings do.
Just wondered if there was a page like this for the original WM1Z? Or if anyone could talk me through how to at least create and save custom EQ settings (and switch between default and custom settings without deleting or losing the custom ones)?
Happy to do it via private message, so as not to derail the thread!
