Hello! I received a pair of UE SF 3s as a gift years ago. I think they predate he Logitech buyout. They have worked great, but the cable is starting to fray in two places. I've never loved the cable (too stiff), so I did some research into replacements. Some require manipulation which I don't want, or don't 100% fit. Likewise, I contacted BTG-Audio, but they don't support my model.
I'm then left with stock replacement, but that's $30-50 and seems like a good chunk of a new set of headphones.
Any thoughts on replacement cable or new headphones? If buying new I'd say $75-150.
Would like natural reproduction with neutral sound
In ear wih some noise isolation
Could take or leave iPhone controls/mic
