I have a Shure E3C IEM and there is an audible hiss when music is playing from my ipod or Nokia N95. Will these IEMs have the same issue?

i get hiss with my ipod when its up loud, it was much worse with my ipod mini, but doesnt seem to be there with my grado-sr-60's as much as my senn hd-25's so maybe its a cable/shielding thing

the super.fi 5 pros have a noticeable hiss when not playing anything in a quiet environment - but so do most sensitive IEMs when connected to most DAPs. With the UE line you get a sound attenuator which you can plug in which, although reduces the volume, entirely removes the hiss.
