Hi everyone,
I did a bit of searching and didn't see a thread with any of this info in it. I have a set of UE Super.Fi 5 Pros that I am currently using with a cable that I made using the connectors from a broken UE cable. I'm very happy with the re-cable, but I would like to at least have the mic and single button for my iPhone. I have no problem with the wiring for this, but I haven't had luck with finding suitable parts for the project. Mainly a mic and button to wire in. Can anyone recommend either a good (small) mic and button to use, or even a iPhone headset adapter that would be easily dismantled for parts. Right now, I'm thinking of placing the button in the place where the wires for the left and right ears split, and the mic halfway up the left side, but if there is an easily dis-assembled adapter out there, I wouldn't be 100% against having the mic and button in the same location. If anyone can provide a recommendation, I would appreciate it!
Thanks!
